I had several other companies come out and look at it and many of them said it could not be repaired and must be replaced. That would have been a $15,000-$20,000 job. I explained to Sergio that we needed it fixed so that we could pass the inspection for the appraisal of the home and the refinance that we are in the process of completing. "Historic homes (ie OLD) always present a unique challenge when it comes to replacing anything, and doors/windows are probably the worst. Kevin did an absolutely amazing job on our new front door! I’m so impressed with how quickly he was able to get this project knocked out, which invoked A LOT more than simply hanging a new door. The door frame and trim work was all absolutely decrepit, and there was a good size chunk of damaged wall (what was left of it, anyway).and I don’t even know what else., but it was an absolute mess. Now the entire entry way looks brand new. I can’t overstate how great everything looks. In addition to the quality of his work, Kevin is wonderful . He’s punctual, clean, quick, and quiet. Communication and scheduling were easy breezy. The total Cost (labor and supplies) was very reasonable, and It was money well spent.
