They were prompt, actually they were early. They had already power washed the front porch by the time I got home. They did notice the house had a lot of oxidation on it, they offered an extra cleaner for it. There was an additional charge and the offices called me back in 30 minutes with the extra price quote. About 3 hours later they were done, all the furniture back in its place and everything cleaned up. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
