"B-Dry did an excellent job. Ed was so wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and professional. This is a second home for us so we couldn't be there while the work was getting done. He really cared about getting the job done correctly and went above and beyond by checking on the house before they could start and sending me lots of pictures. He notified us when he discovered additional problems (and solved several without charging extra). They started on time and finished on schedule. Having a wet basement is awful and stressful. Ed made it better. I highly recommend B-Dry."

"I received quotes from multiple companies and they were all comparable. All other companies spent approx 45 min looking at the house and taking measurements. Ayes spent 4 hours total at my home. Very comprehensive, professional and knowledgeable. My home required 21 Helix Piers which are much preferred to Push Piers. Matt was my contact person, Evan was on site. Just an excellent job all round. Evan team hit a main water pipe which caused a small leak in the basement. Matt drove 90 min to my home at 9pm arriving at 10.30 pm to ensure me they would fix the problem. The local water dept turned off the water, Matt spoke with them and had the bill taken care of. The next morning the pipe was repaired and we were off and running. Matt did not leave my home until after 11pm and a 90 min drive home. That is what I call customer service. Thank you Ayers for an excellent job. My family appreciated all your efforts."

"The job was somewhat tricky as the back entry is fairly small and included dealing with a closet that has folding doors, an area separated by a half wall where I have the litter box for my cat, the door to my garage, the entry to my living room, and a doorway to my laundry room. The laminate to be removed was new when the house was built in 1998; that means it was glued together and up the walls in the litter box area. The work was completed in 5 working days and looks great. The work was done very well and the work area was cleaned up daily during the construction. My only disappointment was that too much product was ordered and there was a full box plus four full pieces of new flooring left over from the job that could not be returned. I understand how this occurs and would rather have too much product instead of too little or mis-matched product due to different manufacturing die lots, but the result was I paid for product I could not use."
