"I gotta say, our new paver patio came out amazing! Prior to hiring Four Season Pavers, I had a bunch of questions about the job. Victor answered all to my satisfaction and he always picked up the phone when I had other questions. We picked Holland Stone with a 45 degree Herringbone design, which requires a lot of cutting. Victor's team took 2 days and a morning to break and remove a medium concrete slab, prep, cut and lay these pavers out perfectly on a fairly large area. At the end of day two, I came across pile of rejects. Not every piece of stone can be cut perfectly, sometimes they chip or break. This is when I discovered that Victor's team cared about quality, as to not use below standard pieces. I will definitely call them back for some other areas around the house."

"Four years ago, Callaway built a large outdoor kitchen, patio, and pergola for our home. The results were beautiful, and though there were a few issues, they responded and fixed the problems. Recently, we put our home on the market and I think that the addition of the patio/kitchen helped sell it quickly. However, when the inspector came he found that the wiring/electrical to the patio was deficient and we would have to call a master electrician to redo the wiring. I called Callaway, not really expecting them to do anything after four years, but I wanted them to know about the issue. Sharon Callaway asked me to send the inspection report to show what was wrong, which I did. She called me back the same day, sent out a certified electrician the next day who told me what needed to be done, and said the cost would be $450. The following day Callaway sent the electrician who fixed the problem, and Callaway paid for the work. We were truly amazed at the responsiveness of this company. We had no warranty from them to fix a four-year-old problem. But they stood behind their product. I think if you are looking for a company you can trust, go no further! Unfortunately, it is rare these days to see folks take responsibility for their actions. Thank you Callaway for fixing the problem instead of trying to find a way out! They also installed a 7 zone sprinkler system and new shrubs and mulch to beautify the back yard space! I highly recommend them. They are very professional and experts in their field. "Before I chose Clemente and Master Landscaping & Irrigation Services to re-landscape my front yard, I naturally checked out his reviews. His reviews were excellent, and now I know why! Clemente always showed up when he said he would, and if he was going to be late, he would text me and let me know! We discussed colors of plantings, the name of plants and how to care for them. He drew a rendering of what the landscape would look like (to scale), which was very helpful. He made sure all of my sprinklers were properly set to water the recently planted landscaping. He did exactly what he said he would do and when a particular plant that he was going to purchase for me didn't look healthy when he was going to buy it, he would call me and suggest an alternative! Clemente is very professional, very meticulous about his plantings (which I love), and he takes great pride in his work. He knows his plants and how to take care of them. I received another quote from another landscaper and that person could have cared less about potentially doing work for me. He did not seem interested in or knowledgeable about landscaping. For this reason, and because of Clemente's expertise, I chose Clemente and Master Landscaping & Irrigation Services. I have received many compliments about how beautiful my front yard looks, thanks to Clemente! I will definitely be calling him back at a later date to re-landscape my back yard!
