I’m very picky and they have always met my expectations. I also had to call and have extra deep cleaning completed because of punch list items done in a new house after we moved in. Teresa always accommodated me and did exceptional work. As I said, their work is always great but they are very trustworthy. I have never had a problem leaving when they are at my house. Owner Lynn (yes she really is the lady in the commercials) sets up the schedule and keeps on top of things to ensure that the jobs go well and I’m satisfied. I think I only had one instance where I was unhappy with something (not her fault) and Lynn resolved the issue quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
