"Rebuilt deck and added a roof over it...not only is it completely maintenance free, but it looks like it was actually a part of the house forever...amazing. Then inside the house all new waterproof vinyl flooring in first floor of the house, and pantry was gutted, a new wider door was installed, a ceiling light and switch was installed and a laundry center was installed with new shelving...all done including even painting and staining. Then the small repairs, new upstairs toilet, fixed garage outlet, added an outside backyard electrical outlet, fixed outside faucet, replaced two light fixtures. Owner was onsite and working every day. The owner, Brad, actually told me to tell him if I didnâ t like something. He said more than once to let him know if I wanted something different. All of the work done exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely hire him again for all future projects. THANK YOU. "We were thrilled with our contractor. He offered us many great ideas,ON TIME! Extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. We had him completely gut the kitchen and install ceiling, walls, electrical, plumbing, floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances. We were so satisfied with his work that we asked him to move onto our bathroom with a soaker tub. The tiling was beautiful! Then again, we asked if he could gut, insulate and remodel the entrance room to the kitchen, again, beautiful. We finally had to part ways but I can tell you if there are other things to be done in this house( which there are!). We would hire him again! I am not an electrician or electrical engineer, but I understand the concept of this switch arrangement and have successfully replaced a similar switch arrangement elsewhere in our home without any difficulty. We knew that our issue required an expert electrician to diagnose and resolve it. On this date, Steve from Palmer Electric paid a visit to our home to try to solve the problem. After two hours of head scratching and trying different approaches, Steve finally figured out the problem and fixed our issue. We are extremely grateful for Steve's expertise and patience while in our home. I doubt that an inexperienced electrician could have figured this out.
