"A&W representatives were very professional and provided us with a clear explanation of the damage and the options for repair. A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend A&W to anyone needing roof repair work."

"They were on time and courteous. They found the problem quickly, which turned out to be the vent at the top of the roof and they quickly fixed it."

"Greg Buffington and his crew were exceptional to work with.  Greg is very experienced in the roofing industry.  He is exceptionally personable.  He is straight up, honest, and trustworthy.  His crew is incredibly hard working.  They worked from sunrise to sunset and had the roof installed in one day.  That included removal, and installation of approximately 45 squares on a 9/12 pitched roof, including drip edge, ice shield, and vents.  I was amazed.  It's been almost six months now, and we have had no issues.  Greg has even called to follow up.  If ever I need a new roof in the future (heaven forbid) I will not have to shop around.

"I was worried about my roof after recent storms. Westside promptly came out and got on my roof, took pics and showed them to me to let me know that I didn’t need a new roof. I really appreciate that they could have just told me that I needed a new roof and charge me a lot of money, but they didn’t! I appreciate a company that has the integrity to not take advantage of someone who doesn’t know anything about roofs!"

"The process from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Katie was wonderful to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process, and she walked me through it before we even started to make sure I didn't have any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing or siding work."

"The provider did a wonderful job both quickly and for a reasonable price. On the very day I talked to him about the problem he came out to look at the roof and was able to ascertain quickly what the problem was. He came out the next day and made the repairs. He guaranteed the repairs for a year and even followed up with us after the first big rain after the repair was completed. We have had no issues with our roof since he came out."
