Repairs included removed old crown molding caulk at the ceiling, repairing, and repainting (primer, 2 coats of final paint). Painted one large room walls and trim (baseboard, 3 part crown, windows (2), doors (2)). They even trimmed out the cracked paint from the panels of the doors, caulked and painted (primer, 2 coats trim paint).
