Upon inspection, Christopher Carruthers informed me that the job was going to be easier than expected, so he actually reduced the price originally quoted over the phone. While up on the roof, Christopher took pictures of his repair, as well as the flashing for the two bathroom vents. He showed me that they needed a touch-up, which I agreed to after seeing the pictures. There was an additional charge for the touch-up, which was very reasonable. Christopher did quality work and was able to come out the same day after finishing his scheduled jobs. The pictures he took were a great help in seeing the work he completed and checking the condition of the other two vent flashings. Christopher also told me that his company does other home-related work, which I will keep in mind for future projects."
