"I am a little disappointed that I feel I still have to maintain many weeds on my own with my own chemicals and I do feel that by now, the arborist should know of my weed and quot;issuesand quot; and he should know my lawn well enough and have it all figured out but I do have some tough weeds and or ground cover which are unfortunately impossible to get rid of in flower beds that spread out into the lawn. Unless I am going to ground kill everything. I just wish they would pay more attention to those areas (bordering areas where weeds typically start to spread from). We have a and quot;tree of heavenand quot; that sprouts up all over our back yard every year that needs to really be paid lose attention to along with wild ivy, lily of the valley and wild violets - then your typical weeds. <br /> However, that said, they never give me grief when I call to let them know even after a treatment that I still have issues with weeds. They are responsive and polite and genuinely seem to care about keeping their customers- hence the reason I have stuck with their services. I've had several lawn companies who are not customer service oriented and tell me I've been unfair in my expectations of weed control (funny considering that is what they've been hired for). NOT Owen Tree Service. They are easy to work with --- and overall, I am happy with their service. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. <br />"

"Fertilizing is done right. Grub insecticide too weak (now I have a mole problem). I was more effective when I was doing it myself (nevr had moles for many years till now). My wife complained they were rude once with her on the phone. They were always very polite with me. <br />"

"I believe I have been speaking with the owner of the company, but I am not sure. I purchased the promotional service coupon through Angie's List (who doesn't appreciate a good deal right?) It took us a bit to get the times and mowing schedule worked out. There was a slight glitch at first; they offered a bit of compensation for it and I made a suggestion that I thought we both could agree with. I have suffered a severe leg injury and have done a very poor job of upkeep on the flowerbeds and backyard (ashamed to admit.) The crew came today to do the lawn work and boy did they have a task ahead of them. I did not get to meet the people who mowed my lawn, but I am so very pleased with the work that was done. I have had two previous lawn services since I have moved into my home who have not had any of the work the guys dealt with today and these guys are by far THE BEST. I am sure I was not their favorite person at the end of the first mow today! I have received nothing but great customer service through our communication and the job that was performed. I can not wait to see how my yard looks after a couple of good TLC treatments. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for lawn service. You have just gained a long time customer!!
