They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. Complete tear down of old deck, installation of new footers for stability and level, two sets of stairs rebuilt, Trex installation and a completely new rail system attached to existing logs. Very involved project but Jacob stayed on top of all the work, coordinated materials, provided valuable suggestions and was excellent with communicating the progress. They painted several rooms, ceilings, stairwell and additional trim and doors in the house. We were so pleased with their work that we had them do some additional jobs for us. They replaced and painted several outside windows. They also floored the attic space, added lights and added drop down attic stairs in the garage.
