"Company was responsive to my phone calls.   Gave me a detailed written estimate.  I had already been to their website and had learned quite a bit about fencing.  I had received a total of five quotes and this company was the only one to point out that a permit was needed in my city.  Other contractors, when asked about permits, had lied and said they weren't necessary.  That was a black mark against them.



The crew came out as scheduled on a Thursday morning and demolished the existing fence and dug post holes for the new fence.  They installed a temporary plastic fence and left.   A truck delivered materials around 11 am and the crew came back that afternoon and set the posts in cement.  They were back at 7:30 on Friday and began to assemble the fence.  It was made of Western Red Cedar with cedar rails.  It was finished with a cedar top cap and a pressure treated rotboard along the bottom.



After a week, I noticed that one of the boards had split vertically, and they came out and replaced the board. The fence looks good and passed it's permit inspection!

"THEY CALLED TO ADVISE THEY WOULD COME OUT ON THURSDAY, JUNE 30 TO REMOVE AND HAUL AWAY THE OLD FENCE AND DIG THE HOLES FOR THE NEW FENCE. THEY ALSO REMOVED AN OLD CONCRETE BLOCK FOR ME! THEY THEN RETURN ON JULY 1 TO INSTALL AND STAIN THE NEW FENCE! THEY WERE SO FAST AND EFFICIENT AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

"Adrian came out one day after I called to give me an estimate.  His estimate was competitive with others I received, but he agreed to do more (re-stain all the kitchen cabinets, rather than just touch up areas).  He and his brothers arrived on time and did nice work.  Our cabinets and fence look great! 
A few small points:  Adrian came out on the first day but left to work on other projects.  When he gave me the original estimate, he said that they would sand down the necessary parts of the cabinets before staining (for a smoother look).  But I don't think his brothers did this.  The cabinets still look great, but had I paid more closer attention, I would have asked them to sand before staining.  Also, after they finished, I noticed that the stain on the fence was lighter in places where the sprinklers hit; Adrian came back and added more stain (though he came later than our appointed time).  Again, this was a small issue, but we could have both saved time if Adrian or his brothers had inspected their work more carefully at the end of the job.
These are small issues, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.  Great work!"
