Premium was extremely helpful in working through our ARB process and getting approval with the homeowner’s association as the wall bordered common area. As the old retaining wall was replaced, Premium took all kinds of extra steps to restore my border fence, gravel footpaths, replanted perennials and left the surrounding area looking better than when they started. And most important, the wall looks great and gets all kinds of complements. This is my second major project with Premium and would recommend this expert group to anyone looking for new pathways, patios or retaining walls."
