We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. The whole team is very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits. "Elite Design completed two projects. The company installed over 3500 sq ft of lvt flooring in a commercial space for my business. The project was completed in two days (weekend so not to interfere with business) with a full crew installing. Intricate cuts were required and the result was professional. The second project was crawl space insulation in my home’s crawls space. Again the crew worked steadily and completed the job in just a couple hours. They cleaned up when done and I was pleased with their professionalism. Highly recommend."
