He spent a lot of time explaining the process, reasons for his approach, timelines, staffing, etc. Though some of the information was over my head (since it's his expertise area and not mine), it was clear that he is a very detail-oriented person. Ultimately I chose to work with him because I hoped he would apply his detailed nature to ensuring that I got a quality roof installation. I am so glad that I used Brad for my roof install - he was truly a dream to work with. He was on-site (on the roof) directing his team throughout the entire job and managed the whole process start to finish with a focus on safety for everyone involved. When an issue arose during the job w my electricity (this was no fault of his crew), he assisted in connecting me with a trusted electrician and I also had a great experience with them. I never once felt like I had to oversee/manage any part of the project process, which was a novel experience that I loved. I have had my roof for about a year now and it has held up through some pretty nasty storms and looks great. I am so grateful to Brad for handling this large (to me) project with care and concern the entire time. "The roof replacement went very well. We have a ranch with a large steep roof. After getting 4 bids we decided on Muth because they had the most complete quote, detailing all the GAF products they were going to use to get our Gold Pledge lifetime warranty. Because of the size and complexity of our roof it took around 5 days to complete. The fact that we had dry weather was a plus. From Chris, who was our salesman, to the guys who replaced the roof (hot days) they were all very professional. Clean up afterwards was also very good. This is a family owned and operated business and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a quality roof replacement. They are not the cheapest out there but they provide high quality results. "Boss Roofing is an absolutely wonderful company that I have used now twice. Last year I had to replace the roof on my rental property around the corner and they did a fabulous job. A year has passed and everything with that job is still fabulous. It was such a relief to know that everything was taken care of. But this year, I noticed I had pieces of shingles on the grass. I called Seth and asked if he could take a look at it for me. In record time, he responded. He brought over his ladder, went up on the roof, took pictures ( 2 story home) and showed me how many places had shingles that were blown off. I had no idea it was that bad. "We had some serious roof leaks at our leased office and warehouse space. GKG Roofing was recommended to us by our Heating & AC Contractor. He said not to call anyone else…and he was right. I was immediately impressed with George's evaluation of our situation and the strategy he recommended to us for handling repairs. "Tony came to our house for the appointment very fast after I called. He checked everything out in our attic space and on the roof and did a repair for me without trying to sell me anything. He did take pictures of a few issues with our roof where there were some issues with the original installation. My husband and I decided to replace it due to age. "B&T Roofing did a GREAT JOB! They are a preferred contractor on the Owens Corning (and other manufacturers) websites. Greg was very responsive with initial call, initial visit, quotation and follow-up calls and visits. I found B&T Roofing to be very informative and willing to answer any and all my questions. They quoted the cost to replace my roof, as well as other options such as improve attic ventilation and install gutter guards. All three of these were performed. Todd's crew covered all bushes around the home and cleaned up everything after completing the work. A strong magnet was also swept over the entire area to collect nails. I have not found any nails...it works! The Owens Corning Duration (Amber color) shingles look Great. They are exactly what was expected. There was no pressure throughout the entire process. The materials used and the work performed was of the highest quality. B&T was very thorough and honest. They followed up on all items until they were completed. B&T Roofing went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer...that's the way they do business. I quoted five (5) companies and found their pricing to be fair. They were not the lowest or the highest...their price was in the middle.
