I also understand that the company is just two guys using garden tools. They did a great job on my Xeriscaping project and the price was more than generous as other companies were charging four times more. Thanks guys for all your hard work. "Couldn't be better. Miguel has been my landscape designer and installer for many years. He has re-landscaped our front, back and side yards over the years and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. He is professional, creative, honest and punctual. His team is comprised of hard working, highly skilled guys who truly know what they are doing. Miguel starts a project ON TIME and finishes at the promised time. No excuses and NEVER any "no shows". His bids are fully detailed and fair. He has worked with whatever budget I have for a project and is very good at suggesting alternative ideas/materials to give the desired outcome within budget. In addition he is a PRO in laying sprinkler systems, fixing existing sprinkler issues and planting trees. The two miniature blue spruces he planted in my front yard are thriving because of the soil he used and how he put in a circular drip line for consisting, even watering. His team has also done fall and spring clean-up for me and I have been very pleased. I highly recommend Miguel and his team!"

"The services, from the sales rep Frank, (who cussed in front of my 3 year old, failed to respond to messages and walked off the job), to the unresponsive management and unreturned phone calls after an incomplete job leaves us without thousands of dollars and a horrible looking lawn. They did not finish the job nor offer to remediate, only stating we were “confrontational” after asking what they would do to fix the problems. Even if that was true (which it is not), the job we paid for is still not completed, confrontations or not, and that is what we paid for. New sod, not their opinions on how we handles our unhappiness with their lack of professionalism. They left an unfinished job with 100% of our money up front. They even broke our fence! Take it from us, do not do business with anyone who asks for all up front if the job isn’t complete. Sod was left out in sun on a pallet in 100 degree heat for 5+ hours dying before it was started to be installed, the ground was not properly prepped, and weeds and grass are now growing from underneath the new sod laid. They laid the sod in the wrong places. They left a mess, were unprofessional, disrespectful, and sadly did not operate in a Christian manner. We are having another local landscaper have to fix the problems, and they are shocked at the way our lawn was left by this company. Save your money and do business elsewhere. I guess turf masters does not care to help their customers. BBB will hear from us, as will Secretary of State and beyond. We are just shocked this is the way they operate."
