"Elliot and his crew showed up as scheduled. They had some difficulties with the old slab being so porous, but worked through the day to get it right. The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."

Mr. Sid wrote up a detailed contract and we paid in 3 installments. The final payment being when they were completely finished and we were satisfied with the entire project. Our experience with Kalos Inc. was so positive we are planning a kitchen renovation for the near future."

"Mr. Jenkins came out personally to assess the damage on our roof and give an estimate for repairs. Within just a few days, his guys dropped off their supplies and work began the next day. Job only took one day, left the yard and driveway and yard very clean. His guys were very nice, as was Mr. Jenkins. Friendly service, excellent work, very fast, can't ask for anything more. "<p>Job was done on the date promised, in the time span estimated and at the price quoted. The two man team properly braced the porch roof before tearing the old column out. They built the new column on site. The team removed all tear down debris as well as the trash from the construction phase (a really big plus in my book since I have had other contractors leave their trash for me to clean up.) The contractor asked for a deposit before they began and the balance after the work was completed. I marked them down on punctuality since they told me that they would be here at 9:00 but it was 90 minutes later before they arrived and another 30 minutes before they started work. As I said above, the work completion was promised for the end of the day and they met that. </p> <br />"
