"Mark came out and measured and was very easy to work with.  We went to his shop and designed our railing, which was fun and then we knew for sure what we were getting.  He also sends photos as work progresses to ensure we were happy with the progress and end product.  We had some construction delays, yet he remained flexible.  Some flashing had been added to the deck after he measured so it took some extra work when he came to install, but he did it with a smile.  He and his helper were very thorough and careful.   They had to hoist the railing up to the second floor and took precautions to not damage my porch column.  They also had to install into a porcelain tiled deck and were very careful when drilling holes - no cracked tiles!  In addition, he had to attach the railing and hand rail to brick siding and again, no problems.   Would definitely hire again for any metal work."

"After I called for an estimate, he was out already, so he came by that afternoon.  He looked at the situation, gave me a couple of choices for fixing it and an estimate.  Since I knew it was a relatively small job for him (although a big problem for me)  I did not expect to be at the top of the jobs list.  He said he would be working  in the area and he could come by and fix it in  a week or so  if I was not in a big hurry.  I was willing to wait but to my happy surprise,  he came back and fixed it all completely within two days!  It looks and works  great !"

"We contacted Mike Vanderpool of Noah Construction at the reccommendation of our friend who works at Home Depot. I emailed Mike about our proposed plans of building a foyer closet with lighting using the excessive available space in the adjoining laundry room. I am by nature a very punctual person and when I got a reply back just moments after sending the email I knew this was my guy! He was courteous and interested in the project despite it being rather small scale. We corresponded with regard to timelines and meeting to look at the home. He arrived at our home precisely on time and after normal business hours since my wife and I also work. He spent time talking with us, measured the space, quoted a very reasonable price and never made us feel rushed. The project began the following week and knocked it out in two days in beautiful form. He left us to do the painting which we requested (to save us some money) but everything else he and his crew did to our overwhelming satisfaction. As far as we are concerned he is our go to guy for the countless projects we have yet to tackle. We have already contracted him to do the install of our laundry cabinetry, butler's pantry and my garage lighting! "Top notch work! These guys really want the customer to be happy with the job. I had 200 Amp Service installed plus a 50 Amp sub-panel on a new garage. Brad Basham came out to do the estimate and he was one step ahead of me the whole way knowing exactly what was needed for a quality job exceeding my expectations. He suggested a surge suppressor on the panel for my needs before I did after describing my requirements and use of the electric service. I wanted a particular sub-panel for a 50A RV hook-up and he understood why and went out of his way to get the proper equipment. The guys showed up and did a better job than I could. They would even ask for my input on multiple ways to run the service and sub-panel to make sure the customer was happy. Unbelievable top notch work from start to finish."
