I discovered on a Saturday late morning that the basement outlets and outside lighting fixtures weren't working, and we were expecting company for the weekend. I called around to several places and wasn't able to find anyone who could provide same-day service let alone return my message, until I spoke to Jennifer. She took pity on me and called their crews to see if any were running ahead of schedule, and was able the get the job scheduled for the afternoon. They were extremely professional and got the job done in no time! Going forward I won't use anyone else!"

"After Superstorm Sandy, I could not get any tree companies to even answer their phone. I was lucky to get one estimate from a local company, but when I called them back to get the work done, they said and quot;call back in 3 weeks, we are too overwhelmed.and quot; When I left a message for Looks Great, he called me back within an hour, was at my house within 20 more minutes and gave an estimate. I hired him on the spot. They came back that evening, removed the tree off of my house within 30 minutes! Then, Jim came to my door and said, we have to remove the rest of that tree, it's a safety issue... I won't charge you any extra.and quot; I agreed, but I was in shock. This is New York; EVERYTHING costs extra! I saw them carrying heavy log after log, branch after branch to the curb. They worked so hard. Another 45 minutes. Then they raked the leaves too! I could not have been more impressed and more than satisfied!
