Gary Gates was older, great work ethic, experienced, and had EVERYTHING on his truck to repair or replace my hot water tank. Being in a rural area, that was a new one for me. He spoke directly to HomeServe on the phone; got them to understand a repair would still require a replacement very soon and be a waste of money, so they agreed to the replacement; I agreed to pay the cost of the upgrades I needed to be to code and he installed the new water heater. It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too. I will definitely recommend this company and this plumber."

"Comfort Systems came out for routine a/c maintenance and noticed the (aged) furnace had holes in it and was leaking carbon monoxide. They worked with us to recommend a replacement furnace that was a quality product within a price range we were comfortable with. They were very open minded....no pressure. They actually gave us 5 estimates and configurations to choose from, including an option to remove and install a newsw A/C unit at the same time. After installing the new heater, heatercoil and dicts, the gave me the afternoon to paint the wall vents in a color to match my decor, and came back the next day to install those, finish the A/C maintenance (at no charge) and arrange for the city inspector. they are great. highly recommended whether for a service call, routine maintenance or a new system (heat or air) installation! <br />"
