Proceeded to begin to tear out the damaged stone cap even before he had a rerplacement cap found. Never found a replacement. Said he would make concrete caps over memoral weekend. Did not make them. I found stone caps in July. He said he would pick them up. He didn't. Left me with a mess. He often would say he was sorry he had not got to it. In the end he stopped responding to mt inquiries. This speaks mountains. "
