"After paying our deposit for a fence install, we contacted the company over concerns that digsafe did not properly demarcate our underground electrical main that is in the vicinity of of the installation area (it was specifically mentioned in our contract that Reliable would handle). I dealt with a rude and confrontational customer service agent named Kelly Dineen, who told us that it wasn’t Reliable’s concern whether our utilities were affected in the install. Hopefully the Reliable install crew puts more pride in their work than Kelly does in hers, and hopefully we won’t encounter any issues where need customer support! Definitely would suggest looking elsewhere for your fence needs."

Tree service specializing in pruning, whole tree removal, and lot clearing. Tree and brush removed from site in a proper fashion. There are only two workers along with myself. I work along side my workers at all times. Reasonable rates and quality performance are the foundation of my company. Please book for spring 2022 install as soon as possible all material is available at fence supplier right now. Vinyl or pvc solid privacy last year 4-6 weeks wait time available now Aluminum fence panels 4’ 54” by 6’ long 8’ long 6-8 weeks wait time last year in stock now. Chain link 4’ 5’ 6’ in stock now available year round. Cedar wood panels, post 5-8 weeks wait time last year in stock now.

We thought we wanted a PVC fence but after talking to him decided to go with the cedar fence and we completely agree with his reasons and with the results! Wow! We changed the placement of the fence just before install and Rob had no problem accommodating the new placement either. "July 3rd- No Show I reached out and they told me due to Covid they could not get the fence. Understandable but I wish they had called. July 17th- Shipped. Will be in this week. Understandable. July 27th- I reach out.. any update? “Looking into it” August 6th- We will be there Saturday. What tine? “No answer” August 12- crew is picking up at supply house we will be there today. I call them- the woman tells me “I am not her only customer and I have no reason to be upset.” her husband Herb yells from the background to “hang up the F* phone we are not doing it” The woman tells me “see look what you have done now you have ****** him off. I advocated for you(dont need an advocate- I need a fence). You think the world just revolves around you.” There are obviously some underlying emotional issues with these people. I am embarrassed to have used this company and to have been spoken to like that after being patient due to Covid. In addition the other fence I had them build is poorly constructed and not level. All around terrible experience. People were unkind, non responsive, and flat out mean."
