Perfect, professional communications with no guesswork.. His team of 2 were very polite, professionally attired and had to deal with some 3rd floor windows in tough places, but everything looked great. They also had a few other services (one we used - Dryer vent Cleaning) which is a real safety issue if not done properly. Bottom Line? When the Owner (Dennis) gets personally involved at the job site (not all of them do) and inspects every piece of work his crew does you KNOW it's going to go right. "It went pretty well. Tonya was nice and they made quick work of the job. Areas that were cleaned, were cleaned well, however a couple of areas were missed completely. There is an area at the top of the stairs where you can look right at the floor as you climb the stairs. It had not been touched. The top of the refrigerator was also covered with dust as if it hadn't been touched. I think a final inspection by Tonya would have avoided this problem. I discovered these areas after they left."
