Lemar re-attached stairs to landing even more securely than they were originally and he installed new vinyl plank flooring on the landing as I requested. He also cleaned up, sanded and re-painted threshold outside of the door, as I requested. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner and the work looks very good. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof.
