"Amazing! I was not sure of exactly what I wanted. Alex listened and actually heard what I said. He did not rush or speak over me but offered ideas and suggestions. Our attic is unfinished and no pull down stairs. He brought everything he needed, He worked in a dark space and located wires to help place our new flood light. Our exterior lights are great. You would never know that he drilled through our stucco. When he finished, Alex made sure he left our home better than when he walked in! My house was clean and no one would have known we had work done. Our landscaping is also very difficult and he exhibited great knowledge and skill working on a ladder so far off the ground. I already have him pricing more work I would like to complete."

"Steve's price for the work was significantly better than the other two proposals I got, so based on that and his great ratings I accepted his proposal and plans were made to do the work about two weeks later. Steve and his assistant Mario arrived on time and got right to work. The kitchen and living room jobs went fine and the work looks good. In the shower, however, the installed light was placed far off from the center of the shower, making it look odd. Steve said that the placement was due to a joist in the attic that passed very near the center of the shower. However, when I went into the attic I saw that the light could have been placed on the other side of the joist, in which case it would have been much closer to the center of the shower. I'm guessing that he was rushing to finish the job in one day, so he didn't take the time to check this out. I also had an odd interaction with Steve when I asked about installing a second light switch on the other side of the kitchen, where there's a second entrance. Instead of discussing the options and costs, he just asked me if I really needed it. I interpreted that to mean he didn't want to do that job, at least on that day, so I dropped my request. To contrast that, I'll mention that when the original light installed in the shower seemed too bright for the space, I asked Steve to get a less bright replacement, which he brought by the next day without complaint. Additionally, he is prompt in replying to emails. My overall rating would have been an "A" if the shower light had been placed on the other side of the joist. Because it was not, and because of the strange interaction described above, I'm unsure if I would hire Steve again. If I did, it might be only for work that would not be visible."

"Excellent. We made an appointment for an estimate and the owner came out and looked at the work to be done and we received a clear, concise estimate a few days later. We called and set up an appointment and received a call the night before they were scheduled to verify the date and time they were coming. They were very friendly and professional and took their time doing the work. They let us know about anything unexpected. They were very tidy and patched the holes so the overall job looks clean and is ready to be repainted. Everything is well placed and exactly what we had hoped for in our new lighting. We paid a little more than what we may have paid for another electrician but are so happy with the experience and results, it was worth it."
