"Project - newly remodeled single story ranch with a bay window, oversized windows and regular windows. Partitioning several sections of interior with sliding panels. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"It went very well. The installers knew what they were doing and they stayed safe, especially when they were on high ladders to replace the second story windows. The chief installer educated us well on the care of the windows and screens, demonstrating how to use and care for them. From Noah-the first sales rep who came to our door- to the last installer (Ron) who returned a week after installation to remove some dust from a second story window that we couldn't reach ourselves, the whole process exceeded our expectations. Yes, the windows are expensive, but Renewal by Anderson's excellent customer service and their product quality and warranty made the cost worthwhile. We are calling them back in the near future to have more work done."

"I asked for a thorough cleaning before I moved back in. House smelled wonderful when they were done. They did not clean the oven or the wooden floor underneath the large desk in the sun room, nor the downstairs bathroom. They could not find the light switch in the bathroom. After I told them it was on the wall next to the mirror, they did come back to clean it. They were very friendly and did fit me into their schedule. I might use them again but would be very specific about what I expected."

"This company is so great. They were prompt in coming the first time our house flooded & gave us an estimate, then got right to work. They worked so hard to get everything dried out & cleaned up. They were also much less expensive than the estimate given by  the first company we called. They even helped my husband search for my cat that went missing in all the confusion. They certainly didn't have to do that. They did a good job too, I couldn't even tell we'd been flooded. We liked & appreciated them so much, we used them again the next time our house flooded approximately 2 weeks after the first time! They had to come in the evening & on a Sunday then, but again, were so prompt. I felt very comfortable having them in our home, & a couple of times, they came & worked while we were away from the house. The second cleanup was much more extensive, but again, we felt like they did a great job & always explained what needed to be done & why. For as hard as everyone worked, I thought what they charged us was quite reasonable. I hope we never need to use them again, but we wouldn't hesitate to call if we were hit with another disaster. <br />"
