"I couldn't believe how responsive they were. I was given an affordable estimate and scheduled right away. On the date of service, he was here on time. He walked through the basement inspecting for any other potential issues. This was VERY helpful as I am preparing to list my home. His work was thorough, timely, he cleaned up after himself and we reviewed the work completed. I couldn't have been more pleased! A definite referral to all family and friends. "I accepted a quote from 3D in July 2022. After they received my 50% deposit for adding to my driveway the company never completed the work and never returned a call, and there were many calls. I texted the man who quoted me and he stated that he was "working on my refund". I asked him when and he said he didn't know. The next 2 texts he has not responded to. Fast forward to 2023, no refund and no return call or text. I have reported them to the Indiana Attorney General as well as the BBB. They are a horrible business at best, scammers at worst, either way stay away if you don't want to have your 50% deposit stolen."
