We went this the CertainTeed roofing system with a 50yr warranty and Sherwin Williams exterior paint. JLV Team was able to do the roof removal and install and 2 days and paint the house the 3rd day. JLV workers and owner were present throughout the entire project, they showed excellent workmanship and professionalism. Everything was very well planned and discussed with us every morning. We had a good idea what was the daily plan and expectations. Team made a thorough cleanup; we did not get any neighbor complaints. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend them to anyone interested in either roofing or exterior painting."

"in the beginning the information and plan to repair the roof was honest and not just a patch job which I appreciated even though it was the more expensive option. During the project communication was poor. I didn't know when they were coming and the workers never texted or checked in with me to update me. I would text them and not hear back. There was an issue reinstalling the gutter guards and again no communication with the plan or when they were going to finish the job. I just got the invoice. Work appears to be done. The actual workers were clean and did the job. I just want more communication about the project then I got."
