"527 Floors and more did an incredible job tearing out old flooring that was poorly installed and putting in new luxury vinyl flooring fo me. He also replaced the staid and used a strip that should assist with damage from tenants bouncing furniture down. I’ve already referred his company to a friend, and will be using him again next month on another job!"

"Bill and crew do a great job. I hired The Floor Doctor multiple times as a residential remodeling contractor. Happy homeowners make for happy contractors, and as such the Floor Doctor remains on my go-to list."

"Replaced deteriorated exterior siding where needed, installed several new double pane windows, replaced old carpeting with new hardwood floors, coordinated subcontractors for electrical repairs and interior house painting. All work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. Very impressed with Cody's quality management. He inspected all work by his team as well as the subcontractors to verify that the work was done correctly and to his satisfaction. I can highly recommend Valley Brothers Construction and will call them again if we need further contractor work done on our house."

"Kirk and his team helped investigate the source of a leak, remove and replace caulking, and repair drywall. They were efficient and did no more than necessary. Project came in slightly under the estimate as a result. I'm very thankful and pleased with their work."

"Martin did an excellent job with a complicated shower install with water damage caused by the old shower unit that required replacing floor and joists. "The job went really well. They were able to repair and refinish the floor without replacing any boards. Thanks to the expertise and care of the technician, the floor looks as good as new."

"Eugene and his team were very professional and did a great job with my kitchen floor. During the demo part, they ran into some unplanned issues with the flooring, and then later with the tile itself but they always made it work or suggested the best options to move forward. The job was completed on time and the finished floors looks great."

Our Portland house looks great and it is all due to their craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality control. We could not be happier!"
