These folks are not only professional, thorough, and fastidious perfectionists, they are the most honest, compassionate and caring business people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They give new meaning to the term “customer oriented.” First, Edwin carefully explained to me everything that needed to be done and why, answered my questions, and then gave me a reasonable quote that was five times less than the first quote I received, but very close to the second, so I knew he had given me a fair price. Second, the repairs were completed in a very timely manner, and using “after” photos, Edwin went over what was done. He told me one of the repairs he had quoted took less time than he thought it would, so he did not charge me the full price, which I very much appreciated. Due to the location of roofing repairs, it is easy to be taken advantage of, unless you’re willing to climb up onto the roof and know something about roofing. It is, therefore, extremely important to hire roofers you can trust.
