"My mother-in-law noticed a leak in her roof. We called Meridian Roofing and a representative visited within 24 hours exactly when he said he would be there. After he surveyed the problem he set to work repairing the roof. As he left he said that he hoped that his work would fix the problem but to check the next time it rained. Following the next rain the roof was still leaking so we called Meridian and they immediately sent a worker back to repair the leak at no extra charge. After checking following the next rain it appeared that the leak had been successfully repaired. We know that leaks are sometimes extremely hard to locate and repair so we don't fault the company for not finding it the first time. Thier quick response to the second call and doing the additional work at no extra charge was commendable. The personnel were friendly, professional, and reliable. I would not hesitate to call them again for further repairs or roofing matters."

"From the start they were on time. Talked with their estimator for about a hour about what and how I wanted. Being a ex-roofer myself I was pleased to see someone interested in what I had to say. Everything talked about was sent back to me by email before job was started. Very professional. Job started on time. Workers both men and women did a great job. "I wouldn't have believed how easy it would be to get a new roof until Chris showed me how. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"<p>The workers arrived and went to work at 7am  and by12 noon the job was complete. The roof was perfect and they clean up all nails and old shingles.</p> <p> You may find someone that will give you a better price but you cant get a better job. They are the only roofing contractor I will use.</p> <br />"

"Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."

"Exceedingly thorough and honest. Not only did he work quickly, but he helped us in avoiding buying a home that would have been too much for us to fix. He was very courteous and easy to work with! Definitely already requested another inspection on another home! Very happy with his work!"

"Mr. Bennett knocked on my door and asked me if he could inspect our roof for hail damage (for free). After approx. 30 minutes, he returned and showed me multiple areas on my roof that was hail damaged. He advised me to call my Insurance company (Auto Owner's) and file a claim. We did this together and after giving the authorization to allow Mr. Bennett to speak to them, he filed my claim and were finished within 10 minutes. They scheduled an adjuster to meet with Mr. Bennett 3 days after our phone conversation. Mr. Bennett was actually 15 minutes early for their inspection and had his ladder out and ready for him and my adjuster to inspect our roof. They were on the roof for approx. 30 minutes and returned together. My adjuster explained the claims procedure and told me he agreed with my contractor that the roof needed replacing due to hail damage. Mr. Bennett is also a insurance adjuster and it appeared they had a very good relationship. After my insurance adjuster left, Mr. Bennett and I picked out my shingle color and scheduled the roof to be replaced 3 days later. They arrived on time and two days later were finished with the job. My roof looks great! Mr. Bennett advised that I should have additional ridge vents to allow my attic more ventilation. I agreed and he did this within the amount of money allowed by my ins. comp. I didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket! He gave me credit for my deductible by allowing him to put a sign in my front yard for 30 days after his work was completed. I was not aware that the state of Alabama allows the insured UP TO 6 YEARS to file a claim for storm related damages!! I did call the Alabama Department of Insurance in Montgomery to verify this because my daughter's roof was damaged in Tuscaloosa from the Tornados and she thought it was too late to file a claim. Mr. Bennett is now helping my daughter with the same process. To sum up my experience, it was the best one I've ever had in my 64 years dealing with a contractor! I had a horrible experience in 2002 after one of my pipes burst and was ripped off! Mr. Bennett did not request any money until he was completed and 100% satisfied. He requested the money of my initial check and explained that he would fill out a completion form and Auto Owner's would send the depreciation (or hold back as he called it). I called Mr. Bennett after receiving my second check and he came to my home after telling me to wait until the check had cleared. At no time did he pressure me about giving him money. Great guy to have in our area! Highly recommended!!!"

"Contacted WPI during a Home Show and asked for them to perform a inspection of my roof to determine if there was any damage from recent storms in the area and when I might need to have it replaced.  The WPI representative followed up with a call to set a date for the inspection.  They subsequently performed the inspection at the agreed to date and time.  The inspection took about 30 minutes, after which they provided an assessment. <br />"

"My roof has what is called walls because they are so steep. They stripped the entire roof, inspected the decking, repaired the tin, re-felted, replaced vent seals and re shingled my entire roof. They follow warranty installation instructions and left the site spotless. A few months later there small trim pieces that had come loose and fell into the gutter and he was back in a day to correct it. His crew is clean cut and there is no alchohol consumption as you see with many."
