He returned my phone call in a timely manner and gave me a reasonable quote, after contacting numerous other contractors who did not even bother to call me back. "I had 2 new gates added and some damage repaired. Good hard worker, 1st gate went up just fine. Damage repair went fine but the 2nd gate was installed in the wrong location. By the time I realized the mistake it was too late. Due to the wrong location the install did not go smoothly. He finally got the gate installed but I could tell he was becoming frustrated. After he left I discovered he forgot to put caps on the fence posts. I'm sure it was due to the frustration of the install. Overall he did good work. In hind sight I wish I had kept a closer eye on his progress."
