"They responded the same day for an estimate. They came the next day to do the work and they did a fantastic job of cutting back a huge oak we had that was overgrown and over the house. They also removed several branches off some large pine trees adjacent to the oak and hauled off another dead branch that had broke off during the last hurricane. This provider was very responsive, and best of all, they came out the next business day.  They informed me that it was a problem because the car was left outside that morning and heated from the sun before services.  I had no idea I was to shelter the car beforehand, nothing was mentioned to me before the appointment, and due to this they couldn't wax the car.  The car was perfect on the inside, but there were still bug guts on the windshield, a little dirt on the wheels, and rolling soap marks on the sides after the job was done.  I thought the price was excellent for detailing, but this seemed like more of just a cleaning when it was done.  I plan to continue my search for a good detailing service.
