"Words cannot explain how thrilled I was upon completion of the job by Daniel and his workers. From our initial appointment, Daniel explained everything that would be done, provided a complete sketch of the project for the Architectural Commission of our HOA, and provided me with a written summary detail and cost of the bricks, coping, flowers, tree, etc. Daniel's crew worked from the time they arrived until the end of each day. I watched in amazement as one of Daniel's crew pruned a bush as if it were a delicate flower. I can't say enough about My Landscape Contractor. The quality of their work is evident in the garden wall that was built. They could have just piled the bricks on and left it with an unfinished appearance. Instead, they skillfully constructed the wall and shaved the stones to fit perfectly around the curves so there are no spaces between the bricks, brought samples of the brick, prior to installation, and recommended coping to provide a unique appearance! Daniel and his crew also repaired my paver patio by lifting the sinking pavers around, installing new sand over the entire patio, power-washed, and sealing. My patio looks brand new! My entire landscaping in the front, sides, and back of our home has been transformed. We love it! "Our property was in desperate need of a complete landscape overhaul. We contacted J & P Brothers Landscaping through their website and received a fast reply the next morning. Juan came out to our property to get an idea of what he was working with, and to find out what we were looking to do. Throughout the planning stage, Juan provided us with concept drawings, plant recommendations and paver ideas. Our project was big, and it included new steps for our back door, as well as two 50’ garden walls on the front and side. The planning was a collaborative effort and did take some time because we wanted to ensure it included every single thing we were looking for. It was well worth it in the end. Each day the crew worked on our project, either Juan or his brother, Percy was onsite to manage the process. The crew worked very hard, and they were respectful of any request I made, such as keeping foot traffic within our tight property lines so as not to disturb our neighbors’ properties. Throughout the entire project, Juan and Percy checked in with me often to be sure they were on the right track and that things were as we expected them to be. They accommodated our every request, no matter how small. As the project progressed, we made several changes along the way. J & P went with the flow and made sure everything was just right. "West Chicago Concrete did a great job on my walkway and patio. The crew was very competent and were REALLY hard workers, even right through the week of 95°+ temperatures. They ran into a couple of big problems, one due to the previous home owner, but were able to get the right people in to correct the problems. Afterward they smoothed out the dirt along the walk and reseeded it. They gave some great suggestions, and the whole crew was very polite and easy to deal with. Iâ d hire them again!"
