"My wife and I needed a fence segment installed and a 10ft wide driveway gate to keep our German Shepherd contained the backyard. Northland was hands down a great company and I would recommend them for any fence job. We went with steel wrought iron and it’s absolutely beautiful. We contacted about 8-10 different companies, and Northland’s pricing and options were by far the best. They had a few different styles of fencing and gave us a price breakdown for each one. They were the first company we contacted and they even recommended two other places to see if they would offer a better price, although they did not and we went with Northland regardless. The first step was to remove our old fence, which they did in no time at all, and then they drove the posts into the ground. They came back just over 1 week later to install the fence and gate and they did a wonderful job. If you have Nick and Alejandro installing it they’ll do excellent work. Whenever we need another fencing project complete we will contact Northland. Overall they had great customer service and we couldn’t be happier with the results."

"We received an approximately $20,000 rural cities loan from our town in Northern Minnesota. Through the county agency we chose Expert Building Services as one of our several options because they were one of the contractors that I knew from the list. Of the 3 contractors we chose, John called first, kept his appointment time, worked within our time frame (90 days required by the program). We had a few extras that he helped us get and worked with both our loan budget and our personal budget for the things we were looking for. His staff was prompt and courteous, safety conscious. The staff was considerate of the space around them (including our "pet room") and made sure they cleaned up the waste products and supplies that were present. John checked with us personally on a regular basis to make sure we were happy with the progress of the project and with the comportment of his staff. We are very pleased with the whole process because within 30-35 days they had the whole project all "buttoned up" and we were ready to continue with our lives. We didn't find the presence of the contracting staff to be stressful as we were gone most of the day at work. We looked forward to seeing the progress made from day to day. I install new fence, repair fence, remove fence. I work full time as a commercial fencer and do side work at a better rate than fence companies. I also would more than likely to do the job much sooner than the booked out companies.
