"Was on time for the appointment to take measurements and get information to give an estimate. He did tell me it would take some time to get an estimate to me as they had just changed providers of the stones I wanted them to use, but it took, I feel, too long to get me the estimate, almost 2 weeks. <br /> I live on water and consequently, my lot is on a rather steep slope. My parking area is just a pull-off the road, and is built up and held in place with a retaining wall so it is even with the road. The old wall had been made of logs, and was breaking down, so it needed to be completely removed. <br /> There were some problems getting started, between some problems on my end with my bank, and un-cooperative weather, but once started, the whole thing went quite well. Denny and his guys worked quickly, and cleanly. Denny was very responsive to me whenever I had questions. The end product is very nice, and looks to be very sturdy. Everything I asked for was done.
