What you will "not" get is the important surface preparation work specified in the estimate. You also will "not" get a good quality paint work. "They were very forthright about the type and extent of work needed I.e. a thorough cleaning of all the cabinetry in our condo vs an actual refinishing. Also followed up promptly with some minor finishing touches. Highly recommend!"

"Had a basement door installed and needed the finish work completed. Kris came and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We contracted Kris and he started our project in a timely manner. He arrived on time with his helper and completed the job in one day. His efforts included finishing the drywall, installing woodwork and painting and staining as necessary. The work performed was outstanding and beyond my expectations. Every detail was exacting and done to perfection. He was very knowledgeable and eager to meet to meet all our needs.
