He examined all the trees that I was concerned about because I was not sure whether to take them down or trim them. He gave me good advice and came out within 3 days after I called him."

"I've had a contract with Lawns Unlimited for many years, and my mother was their customer before that. I was always pleased with the polite and kind manner of the woman I spoke with on the phone--I believe her name was Brenna. Last year, however, their technician killed my entire lawn and damaged a spruce tree when applying lime and another treatment. I had to call repeatedly to find out what they had done and what I should do to remedy the situation as quickly as possible, because I was showing my house to prospective buyers, and my yard looked TERRIBLE. What irked me the most was that Ed would only make comments to me through the office staff, and when he finally deigned to get on the phone, he said that nothing they had done would have burnt my lawn. I beg to differ; I've read online that excessive lime applications done in the hot months can burn a lawn. I'm not comfortable working with a company that lies to me, so I've terminated my account. Sad, after all these years. I'm giving more than one star because I feel I should acknowledge the past GOOD years of service."

"Came on time  Cleaners very professional  One room, stairs,  and hall looked great  In the other room I asked for a stain to be treated and he said no problem.    Carpet cleaned and after dried , stain still there <br /> There was promotion for $99 for 2 rooms and hall so I did not mind paying  for stairs.However  when  he handed me the bill he added $28 for deodorizing room where there was the stain.   I did not ask for that to be done but was charged, He said he had to do it as getting stain out room would not smell right without the deodorizing.   Also there was an $8 fuel charge that was not ever explained when I made the appointment or before he started but was tacked onto the bill    So my bill ended up being $36 more than I expected  Ask them up front for all charges and tell the, do not do nayhtring unless you ask me first <br /> also they have talk after to get you to buy products they make.  They are expensive and I would not recommend the stain remover especailly as it did not work and is $22 a bottle. <br /> above I said I would use them again but there is no button for maybe <br />"

"They have been here several times. They are excellent and the service was very positive and prompt. They do a fair amount of work in the neighborhood and I know a lot of neighbors have seen what we have done and have contacted them and they are very satisfied. They also do some regular work for me and a neighbor. We have joint responsibility for a storm water management area so they mow that for us on a regular basis. They have been prompt in doing that so it kind of takes care of itself. I will use them again in the future."

"They take care of our lawn. They do a good job. We've been using them since we moved here, probably almost a year. They come out every week. There's a certain day that they come out but they just changed their schedule so I don't know what's it going to be now. They come out on Friday and now they're coming out on Tuesday. They provide all lawn service, fertilizing, landscaping and everything else. They do fertilizing when needed. I didn't have a choice, that's what the homeowner's association uses and so I had to use them. We were very happy with them. We've gotten them to do extra little things for us and stuff."
