"Ron came by soon after I requested an estimate. He was very efficient, came at the time we agreed upon, and offered options as to how to best do the job which was to repair my driveway pavers and refresh the driveway, walkway, and lanai pavers. Ron and his son worked efficiently to restore the pavers with an end result with them looking better than new. I would highly recommend this team as they did a wonderful job plus stayed within the original estimate. Ron works in other surfaces as well and will be returning here for another task of sealing a tiled shower. He is a man of many skills."

"Alan and Jimmy did a fantastic job with our new patio and the expansion of our driveway. They were extremely friendly and professional. We weren't quite sure show we wanted to do the fire pit portion so we left the creativity up to Alan and it looks amazing. Better than we imagined it. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be using their services again."

"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.   <br /> I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!   <br /> <br /> I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion.. <br /> <br /> Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"<p>Mr. Ray Taylor owns and operates Whole Nine Yards (W9Y) NE Florida's next big tree / landscaping company.  If want someone who will be <strong>on time</strong>, completed <strong>right the first time</strong>, at a <strong>competitive price</strong> with <strong>high-end equipment</strong> and a <strong>very professional team</strong>, W9Y is your company!  Ray does not give you a quote by phone, he will actually walk the length of the property needing attention and while on-site provide you an "on the spot" quote.  W9Y is very busy, so expect to wait one - three week, depending on the size of the project and if they are able to do two jobs nearby.</p> <p>Do not let Ray's age fool you he is mature beyond his years and his youth works to your advantage as he and his work as friends.  There is NO hollering because everyone their assignment and gets it done. You can tell who is charge, Ray is a great leader.</p> <p>Tree work is often seen as "low skilled" work.  However, W9Y operates as a professional, licensed and insured team.  They approach their tasks quickly and efficiently.  They know it can be loud so they use quality tools and get in and get out quick and safely.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I hired W9Y team back to complete some additional work, which was again handled quick and completely.  I was so impressed with the first job, I did not bother getting quotes from other companies...yes they are that good!<br /> <br /></p>"

"When the paver employee came out on Friday, I immediately felt like I had a problem. I took pictures of his work whenever the paver employee was not around, due to Eric's suggestion. When the paver guy left for Home Depot to get parts, I called Eric and he immediately called me back. We discussed the problem and Eric walked me through on how to handle the situation. Mind you, this is not McQuires problem to solve. Due to Eric's suggestions and taking time to provide me with the knowledge, I was able to contact the paver owner and provide detail and pictures. I think Eric from McQuires went above and beyond and I have learned to appreciate and recognize, professional, quality service! <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Georgetown, FL

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
