"We asked Nick to take a look at our living room to give us a quote on having recessed lighting installed. I was impressed by his can-do attitude. I feel like some contractors can be alarmist and exaggerate the complexity of a project (and I've had inflated quotes as a result), but Nick was very approachable, level-headed, and took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand.  I did obtain quotes from 2 other contractors for this project, but I just felt at ease with Nick -- both in terms of having him in my home for a few hours and in terms of his expertise. They were a dream team, and finished the project in 3 hours. They left our house cleaner than they found it, and I was surprised at how great the ceiling looked after their work was complete -- literally no damage.
