"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"The workquality is somewhat hidden but 1-2 weeks after the installation, i havent seen any issues. Only time will tell if the cost was worth it, they have a lifetime warranty so i asusme if i have any issues with my gutters and downspouts i will be covered. The sales rep was agressive but nice and friendly. I would say i got a great deal, but i have no clue. I am good with what i paid, not overally excited about the cost but again they sold me on the lifetime warranty."
