"I had a hot water line burst earlier this year and, in the time it took for my insurance company to approve my claim, toxic amounts of mold and mildew built up in my crawl space. Initially, I hired a different company (big mistake) to do the remediation. They basically just sprayed some chemicals and left. Within a couple months I was experiencing the same issues and breathing toxic air again. So I did some research and decided to call Voda. JR and Christian came out, conducted a thorough inspection, told me exactly what I was dealing with and what needed to be done. Afterwards they showed me pictures of all the work that was done in the crawl space and needless to say I was extremely pleased. And to put the icing on the cake, they threw in a free duct cleaning so I can get my air back on and breathe safely again. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
