"After consulting with several companies, I decided to hire ESM Construction LLC for the remodeling of my one-bedroom condo. Their pricing was competitive, and Edgar displayed a wealth of knowledge. He was also exceptionally responsive, addressing all my questions promptly. The crew arrived on schedule, and they were both friendly and professional. They completely transformed the condo, installing brand new flooring, ceilings, paint, a bathroom, kitchen, and appliances. The men removed and replaced a broken 8' x 7" closet shelf; looks new now. They removed, replaced, and painted two dry-rotted verticals from the garage door frames. Painted the entire foundation and a patio retaining wall without spilling a drop. Replaced an exterior electrical outlet box that had a broken door-flap. Other tasks, too, all done with care and expertise."
