"Home Sealed Exteriors is by far an excellent company to work with. From start to finish their professionalism was perfect. Our phone calls or e-mails were always returned with in a day. With COVID putting a delay on our project Home Sealed made us feel comfortable that things would be alright installing the windows in the winter. We can not say enough about the installers, they were great! They left our home spotless. When finished we were shown how to operate the windows and asked if we had any questions. We are so pleased with the look and quality of our new windows and patio door."

"The man came to measure went well, the installers were good. The salesman was good however he did not show me a cut away of the door or actually present any samples of the track. Just pictures and what can you tell from a picture??? The price was okay as I was anxious to get the door in before cold weather so bought it mainly for the pricing and thinking I would get in in about 6 weeks. It was 4 months and COLD when finally installed. The installation went well and only about 90 minutes. However after it was in I find out how terrible the threshold is. The track stands up about 1/2". You easily catch your toe on it, also stepping on the track your foot has no support. There is no raised panel to make the threshold even so you aren't' stepping right on the raised slide that the door slides on. Like stepping on a stick and again...you can trip on it easily. Also it was just a dual glass, not triple glas door. Hence the cheapness of it. I would never recommend Wasco for doors. Thumbs down all the way. When you buy cheap you get cheap so go for a better quality upper end door."

"They really go after you for the sale but after the sale is made they really fall apart. I got an email that my windows were ordered over a week after I ordered them, and an email 5 or 5 weeks later saying they came in. It took them another month to install them. Nearly all the quotes I got were the same but Empire used ?sign now? tactics to get my sale. If I could go back I would not have signed for the small discount and I would have gone with another company offering the same price with no pressure. My windows are fine and the subcontractors that they sent to install them were friendly."

"I've worked with Homesealed on 2 occasions now. They've installed 9 of my 12 windows in my home. They've always been really professional, and communicate very well. They give you step by step Instructions throughout the processes so your not left wondering what's next. Not sales-y AT ALL. Which was a totally different experience with the 2 other window companies I worked with. This last time there was a hick-up with the schedule, not on their end but due to weather, but they got on it and made it happen anyway! Very happy with them, will definitely finish up the rest of my windows and get my exterior doors thru them!"

"I found Juan through a neighborhood website who gave him a great review. He promptly responded to my request for an estimate to demo and replace a very old fence and gate. He just as quickly gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. He not only replaced my fence but he also installed a pergola on my deck and replaced my side garage door. I have a very old crooked garage but he was able to install the door by squaring it up. The fence looks fantastic and the best part was the pergola. Love love love it!
