"I purchased a ranch home with a finished basement in 2012 in Chester County. The sellers lied on the seller’s disclosure form and stated that the basement did not get any water. The first heavy rainstorm that we had left behind 2 inches of water in the entire basement. I had another basement waterproofing company come in to give me an estimate… naturally, after getting that estimate, I called a second company to compare, this time I called Access Basement Systems. Michael came out and was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. His estimate came in quite a bit lower than the other company, and I just felt that he was the right person to use. He did a wonderful job installing the system and left behind zero mess. Shortly after resolving my water problem, I contacted my attorney who started a civil law suit against the seller for lying on the disclosure form. During arbitration, Michael was kind enough to take time out of his day to testify about the conditions of my basement and that he was positive that this water problem has been occurring well before I purchased the home. Fortunately, I won my lawsuit, and was reimbursed by the seller for all damages, including the costs to repair the water problem. In 2016, I sold my ranch and purchased a new home. This time, I knew that the house we were purchasing had a problem with water in the basement. We got a good deal on it, so it was worth purchasing the home and repairing the problem. Since I had such a good experience using Access Basement Systems the last time, I hired him to repair the problem in my new house. This time, they also do finishing work (since our basement is currently finished). Super convenient that they can come in, tear the walls down, put in the waterproofing system, and refinish my basement in just a couple of weeks time. "Jason and his crew did an excellent job. He came to house, assessed the problem with the current stucco on house and gave me options for replacement. He prioritized areas that needed to be immediately fixed and gave me a couple of different options for completion of work. Stayed within my budget and completed on time. <br />"

"Dan Tam did a very professional job. It all started with a free estimate provided by the contractor. Once we decided to go with Dan Tam they provided a schedule for the activity and were actually able to start almost a week sooner than they said. Before they showed up they called to make sure we could handle the early start. They designed the pad to be more than a square concrete pad which makes it look more like a patio that a concrete pad . The finished area is 544 square feet. During the excavation phase, they removed several truck loads of dirt, the old concrete which was present, and leveled the area under the deck insuring the slope was away from the house. Once they started the actual work the entire project was completed within a week. That included the removal of dirt and old concrete, framing it out, rerouting a downspout under the pad and away from the house, pouring the concrete and doing the stamping. When they were pouring the concrete and doing the stamping they were very careful to protect the house and siding. The excavation allowed for 4and quot; of stone and 4and quot; of concrete (4000psi) with 10-gauge wire reinforcement. The finished patio was colored and and stamped with the pattern and colors of our choice. Too complete the effort they washed and sealed the finish. During the project they were very available to answer questions we had concerning the work. We are very satisfied with the work and will certainly use them again for future projects. <br />"

"They said they would seal cracks and treat oil spots which we paid extra to have done. All they did was put the same coating on those spots before they covered the entire drive. The seal at the end of the drive that met the road surface wasnt sealed properly to our expectation. They seemed rushed and made all kinds of excuses as to not showing up the week before when they were originally scheduled to seal the drive."
