"For all the work we have engaged The Tuckey Companies to do, their service has been quick, and they have always addressed whatever household issue we were experiencing. As an example of their professionalism I offer this event: Last week we were having problems with our well pump. I called Tuckey Mechanical and asked if they could come to determine what the problem might be. Shortly after I called the office, one of the company's electricians called me about the matter. He told me up front what might be causing the problem and advised me that I should contact a well company to have it fixed. The company could have sent a technician to our home to investigate, thus incurring a cost for the visit; but it did not, thus saving me money. When I did call a well company, they came and diagnosed the problem to be exactly what Tuckey's electrician said it likely was; they fixed the issue immediately. This event shows how The Tuckey Companies do not take advantage of their customers but, instead, keep their clients' interests above their own."

When Mike came to give us the estimate, he noticed the loose rails at the front of the house and, before being asked about them, he said he recognized them as their product and that they would secure them at no cost to us. He didn't ask and he didn't change the offer when I told him that the rails had been installed over seven years ago, before I moved into the house. The estimate for the other work was fair, and he added another small discount when we asked if they did that for seniors. He said they could do the work in about three weeks but, because they had a cancelation in the meantime, the job was completed a week after we signed the contract."

My brother had made the initial contact for me, based on personal recommendations he had received from others, and Ken from Nicholas Evanoff Co. then contacted me to initiate a consultation and estimate. Ken was very courteous and professional, and was an important point of communication and resource for me throughout the entire project. He also helped to coordinate a referral to another contract for some subsequent work on my gutters, which was also very good. I was impressed that the team of Evanoff roofers completed my roof all in one day, on a Saturday! Another impressive feature of this work is that my home is located on a steep, wooded slope and is not easily accessible from the back. This made the job much more difficult. The Evanoff crew did an amazing job making sure that all materials to be discarded were dropped off the roof in the front of the house, not the back. There was no landscaping damage or litter, and cleanup was very thorough. The crew did a wonderful job and were all very professional and courteous.
