Any contractor can deliver a product that looks perfect upon delivery where the real star contractors shine is the what there product looks likes after and how well they keep there word and stand behind the products they install. I am not happy with the product that was supposed eliminate my problem and I am going to have to hire another contractor to redo the work."

"Fantastic! The service tech replaced one pulley, added/replaced two wheels at the bottom of the door and replaced one cord. He even moved the opener on the outside of the door so it no longer hits against the door, and, to boot, he put in light bulbs in the garage opener.
