They completed the work and left before contacting us back for payment at all. Super hard workers when I did see them at it, but attendance is spotty. "Keone came out the other day to give us a free estimate. He was late but explained the unavoidable circumstances. He was professional and listened to my concerns about the stump to be removed. His original plan was to grind the stump, but that was not able to be done due to the underground utilities being right underneath the stump. He came up with a second plan and quickly removed the stump, filled the hole with dirt, and cleaned up the area. Now you can hardly tell that a stump was there in the first place, and the slight mound may settle as the dirt gets further compressed."
