His original plan was to grind the stump, but that was not able to be done due to the underground utilities being right underneath the stump. He came up with a second plan and quickly removed the stump, filled the hole with dirt, and cleaned up the area. Now you can hardly tell that a stump was there in the first place, and the slight mound may settle as the dirt gets further compressed."
