"I ultimately decided to go with natural grass rather than synthetic. However, the reason I wanted to write this review for Synlawn is due to their over the top style of customer service. Dean knew that I was struggling with the decision whether to go natural or synthetic and never hassled me or pressured me into making a decision. He provided all of the information I asked for and always responded to my questions. I definitely would've chosen Synlawn to do that work, not simply due to their pricing (which was fantastic), but because of the way Dean handled my indecision. He was extremely patient and even when I finally chose to go in another direction, he honestly thanked me for giving him a shot at the work and was very understanding of my decision. No patronizing claims that I was making the wrong decision. If you're thinking about installing synthetic grass - give Dean a call. You will be making a smart decision to hire this professional."

In a short and efficient period of time, we collaborated with Cisco, who, through him and his exceptional teams, created an outdoor space far beyond our expectations. He completed the demolition of a metal fence and concrete stair walkway and installed an expansive private stucco wall, extended the existing paver patio, and added a 30' x 12' putting green. "Balance landscapes owner Ravi was the first to respond to my request for a quote. Our job was hired on a Saturday and completed the following Sunday . We were very impressed with the turnaround! We got other quotes and decided to go with balance. I'm glad we did. The job was completed within days of hiring balanced landscape and we are very happy with the results. We had our entire backyard cleaned Up added artificial turf and rock. The crew who worked on the project, presented themselves very professionally and did a great job at keeping the worksite both in front and behind my house clean. "Kendall and his team were fantastic. Since we just bought the house and had nothing but dirt in the backyard we needed a lot of help. Kendall was professional, friendly and very helpful. He gave me ideas and went with me to pick out the pavers, rocks, and plants. We had pavers installed from the driveway to behind the gate with a pad for the trash cans, extended the patio, and had a 14’x14’ pad for our fire-pit. We also had artificial turf installed as well as plants with drip system and lights. Everything turned out beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results and love relaxing out in my yard.
