Scheduling was a breeze, with clear communication and timely notifications about my appointment. I had a last-minute change of plans, but their flexibility allowed me to grant them access to my home while I was away, keeping my maintenance schedule on track. They did an outstanding job, even providing before-and-after photos and videos of my ductwork, which looked spotless! They may not be the cheapest, but their quality and professionalism make them the best in the business. Highly recommend!"

"Two service calls within warranty time of first service- charged for both calls. $220.00 to align burner caps- !! Continued to insist 2nd call was due to clear orifice as well as align burner caps. Gave me discount $123.05. - REALLY? ABSOLUTELY should have never been charged for 2nd call. Be sure to have tech give you a Job Status card of work done. I was not given one on first service call. Also, warranty information is listed- 90 days- another bit of information not communicated. Job#464927 SG Date of work 12/20/22 I will NOT be using Nebraska Home Appliances Repair- I was totally taken advantage of."

"I could not be more pleased with this service. Not only did they get a ton of gunk out of my ducts and dryer vent, but they went above and beyond the call of duty when we discovered the previous owners of my house really didn’t have the dryer connected to the vent. They didn’t need to triage that and could have asked I get a repair person over instead. But they figured it out and were just a great team. Two thumbs up!"
